How credits work
One credit = £10 of treatment
Your plan tops your balance up on the 1st of every month. When you book, the credit cost of the treatment is held; it's deducted when the visit is completed and returned in full if you cancel in time. Anything above your balance is charged at the member rate shown in the guide above — never the walk-in price.
