Checklist for “Hot Flush” ☐ Drink an extra litre of water across the rest of today. ☐ Expect a warm flush during the magnesium — it passes within minutes. ☐ Keep tonight low-key; most members sleep unusually well. Do this ☐ Keep the plaster on for two hours and drink water steadily. ☐ Eat a proper meal within a couple of hours of your session. ☐ Press gently on the cannula site if you notice light bruising. Avoid · No alcohol for the rest of the day. · No sauna, hot yoga or heavy training for 12 hours. · Don't lift heavy bags with the treated arm today.
