What we collect
Account details (name, email), membership and billing records, appointment history, treatment preferences, loyalty activity, and the health information you provide in your medical intake and consent form — including allergies, medications and pregnancy status. Before-and-after photographs are collected only when you choose to upload them.
Why we collect it
To deliver treatments safely, manage your membership and credits, take payment, keep the legally required clinical record, and — only with your separate opt-in — send you marketing. Health information is processed for the provision of health care and with your explicit consent.
How it is protected
Health data and photographs are stored in a private, encrypted store. Photographs are never publicly addressable: they are served through short-lived signed links generated only for your signed-in session. Every access to your health records and photographs is written to an internal audit trail. Access is limited to the treating clinic staff who need it.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share data only with processors who help us run the clinic (payment processing, hosting) under contract, and where the law requires it.
Retention
Clinical records are kept for the period required by local health regulations. Marketing preferences and analytics data are deleted when you withdraw consent or delete your account.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Profile → Privacy & data. Export produces a machine-readable JSON copy of everything we hold. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes your photographs from storage. You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it), and withdraw marketing consent without affecting your treatments.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect the account. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional, off by default, and controlled from the cookie banner or Profile → Privacy & data.
